Nadine Bloom

In my twenties, I hit my first major burnout. After years of flying around the world to organize events and host workshops, I had pushed myself too far. The constant travel and the pressure to make every experience perfect knocked me out.

I knew I needed a change, but it wasn’t easy to step away from a career I had worked so hard to build. It was during this time that Human Design came into my life—a framework that helped me understand my energy type and how it was meant to flow. For the first time, I saw how I could approach life and work differently—without chasing, without overextending, and with more alignment to my natural strengths.

This realization gave me the courage to reassess everything: my priorities, my goals, and the way I wanted to show up in the world. It took time, but slowly, I started to make changes that felt more nourishing to me.

2020

Then, in 2020, the world stopped.

So did my income. Everything I had built around event organizing disappeared overnight. After some initial panic, I started to feel excited about new opportunities.

Entrepreneurs began reaching out to me with questions:

“How did you manage to sell out your events without spending a fortune on ads?”

“What’s your secret to filling programs using only social media?”

These questions became the spark for a new path. I realized that the skills I had naturally—and had spent years mastering—networking, organic and creative marketing, and creating clarity in chaos—were exactly what others needed during this time of uncertainty.

And so,
a new chapter began.

I naturally see the full potential in people’s ideas, even when they can’t see it themselves. I love turning complex visions into clear, actionable plans, and I thrive on watching those plans come to life. To deepen this ability, I dove into in-depth studies about applying Human Design in business. It was important to me that everyone felt seen for their uniqueness and could create business and marketing strategies based on who they truly are—not by imitating others.

The business transition wasn’t without its challenges, but it felt right. For the first time, I wasn’t just creating for others—I was teaching them to create for themselves.

Meanwhile, I continued organizing a yearly festival and experimented with creating teams based on Human Design. It turned out to be incredibly effective. For the first time in years, I could truly enjoy my creations instead of operating in stress and overwhelm.

It all made sense...

Looking back, my journey makes perfect sense.

The years I spent traveling to over 10 countries, hosting events, and mastering organic marketing had prepared me for this. Every success, every struggle, and even that burnout had led me to this moment.

Today, I live the Mediterranean life I always dreamed of on the island of Cyprus. I’ve traded the hustle of constant travel for peaceful seaside walks and a more sustainable way of working. My focus is on helping entrepreneurs build businesses that align with their values and their energy so they can create success without burning out.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: the path to success doesn’t have to exhaust you. It can energize, inspire, and fulfill you.
