1. Scope of Services
- The coaching services provided by Nadine Bloom focus on guiding clients toward their personal or business goals, offering support through sessions agreed upon in advance. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or professional consulting and should not be interpreted as such. The client agrees to take full responsibility for their own progress and results, as these depend on their own actions and decisions.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Active Participation: The client is expected to participate actively in sessions, complete any assigned tasks, and implement strategies discussed. Consistency and openness contribute significantly to successful outcomes.
- Communication: Clients should use only the designated channels (e.g., email,
phone, or specific messaging apps) for all communications. Response times are
generally [define timeframe, e.g., 24 hours], though urgent issues may require different handling. - Punctuality & Scheduling: Sessions must start and end on time. In cases of
lateness, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Cancellations should be
communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees: Fees are established based on the package chosen, due before service begins unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made through Stripe, Wise or bank transfer.
- Late Payment & Suspension: Unpaid balances after the agreed date will incur late fees. Nadine Bloom reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is
received. - Refund Policy: Refunds are not generally offered once services commence, except in cases where the coach is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
- Privacy Assurance: All client information is kept confidential, and no details will be shared without consent unless required by law. The client also agrees not to share proprietary tools or coaching materials.
- Data Storage: Coaching notes and records are stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with notice of 7
days given in writing. Refunds for unutilized sessions may be offered at the coach’s discretion. - Immediate termination is permissible if either party breaches the terms, including but not limited to unethical behavior or lack of adherence to responsibilities.
6. Boundaries & Expectations
- No Guarantees: Nadine Bloom does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results
vary by individual effort and commitment. - Boundaries: Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication and avoid disruptive behaviors. Violations may result in immediate termination.
- Intellectual Property: All materials, methods, and tools shared during the coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Nadine Bloom and are intended solely for the client’s personal use.
7. Liability Limitation
- The coach is not liable for any outcomes resulting from decisions or actions taken by the client based on the coaching experience. Coaching is provided as-is, without warranties, either expressed or implied.
